At Char's Happy Tails, I am passionate about pets.  I understand that pets are more than just animals – they are part of the family. That's why I treat every pet as if they were my own.  I welcome only one dog (or more than one from the same household) into my home at a time, so you can be sure your pup, or pups, have all of my attention everyday they are here.
